We had a day off of singing, a day to relax and rest up...so what should we do, but go climb a mountain? Bryan had a lot of book work he needed to do, so the rest of us left to give him some quiet work time. We headed for Saddle Mountain, about ten minutes drive from the RV resort.
Immediately we were struck by the beauty of so many of the rocks. Everyone was nose to the ground, looking for the next beauty. The weather was warm and then very cold and threatening rain. We made it up a very steep part of the mountain, considering the ages of our hikers. Actually, I think it was the middle-aged woman that had the hardest time! :)
Beautiful! Thanks for sharing! Grammom has all our days planned out, and one day we're going to Phoenix to see her brother, who's going to take us hiking up a mountain! :)
