Sundance 1 and Saddle Mountain

The Band traveled back to Casa Grande yesterday to play at Sundance 1 RV. They have a great room called "The Hole in the Wall". They also have a 4 1/2 to 5 foot stage. That would be fantastic had I not fallen off a 1 foot stage the other night! We all stayed away from the edge and when it was time for Leah's turn, Bryan lifted her up and then she'd practically jump into his arms when she was done singing.

We had a great group of people attend last evening. They were wonderful! This evening made a few of us nervous though...huge stage, huge room, a curtain and even a "green room" at our disposal. We just prayed we would not major on the "performance" aspect, but on honoring God and doing our best for Him.

Flexibility is key as halfway through the sound system started acting up and there was a great deal of buzzing on stage. That made it less than ideal in hearing each other, but we were praying and regular sound returned. Greg was comfortable just interacting with the audience which made the time go quickly during the technical difficulties.

We arrived back to the trailer around midnight and were all thankful for our beds!

This morning, at Saddle Mountain RV, we reacquainted ourselves with some of the residents. So many people here that are welcoming, generous and just interested in talking. Greg attended their pancake breakfast and we walked through the weekly craft fair. It has been a peaceful and blessed way to start the day and we look forward to the concert here tonight.

Tomorrow we will be at the Community Church in Buckeye at 10 AM and at the Valley Baptist Church in Tonopah at 6 PM.
