We made a side trip to Zion National Park and it was beautiful. The day was sunny and the rocks and cliffs were spectacular. God's awesome work. We couldn't stay as long as we wanted, but Hannah got to walk through the sand and Greg got to get out his camera. The pampered pooch got carried all throughout the park and the little ones had an awesome time taking their own pictures and seeing some very tame deer.

Pictures from the trip Day 2
Leah, on one of her few times of sleeping in the car!
Greg driving through the hairy five lanes of Salt Lake City, except he looks too calm! Maybe it was later.
A camera shot of the back and all our junk. Well, there's people there too and those aren't junk.
Beautiful mountains rising above the hairy freeway.

On the Way!
Two days on the road with the blessing of wonderful weather...we are a little weary this evening but have made it to St. George, Utah. We changed coarse as there was a little one with some digestive issues that required frequent stops and there aren't that many stops in Nevada! We would appreciate prayers for the little bug to not go much further.
We plan to arrive in Dewey tomorrow afternoon or evening. I will hopefully post some pictures at that time.

Recording sessions photos
The last two weeks have been busy with laying tracks for songs, putting hours into playing and replaying and then recording vocals. Copyright research and CD cover/insert design have been taking the men's time in our household. It has been a blessing to be able to go through this process and to learn so much, but it has also been tiring!

A Special Music Time with Grandpa and Grandma
Grandpa and Grandma just celebrated their 53rd anniversary. It was special because we almost lost Mom this last summer from cancer. Anyway, we decided to bring over dinner, a tablecloth and candles and play a little serenading music. The girls don't like their music too well in this video, but it was a blessing to my parents.
